Louis is a 5-year old rescue from Louisiana who loves to cruise around DC in his mom’s bicycle basket! When he’s not biking DC or catching a @Nationals game, Louis is working on his fitness. “Even though he’s small, he’s impressively athletic and rocks agility courses,” Julie says. “He even won for his size in the Day of the Dog 5k at @congcemetery!” Way to go Louis!
